Insurance Providers Accepted

Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is striving to serve you. We have historically been a Safety Net Provider and more recently have taken steps to improve access to quality medical rehabilitation care by contracting with additional insurance providers. Our goal is to continue to expand the list of insurance providers that we accept to make our services available to you.

If your health plan is not listed, we will negotiate an individual contract on your behalf.

PPO/POS (Preferred Provider Organization/Point-of-Service) Insurances

We can verify with your insurance carrier whether our services are considered in-network or out-of-network so that you can determine the best course of action to take for your health care needs.
