Neurology
The Neurology Division at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation
Center serves inpatients and outpatients with an array of neurological conditions
and diagnoses. The Department provides diagnostic and therapeutic care for
patients with acute and chronic stroke, post stroke prevention, epilepsy,
multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular diseases, movement disorders, neuropathy,
cerebral palsy, and spina bifida. Magnetic Resonance Imaging and extensive
neurophysiology/electroencephalography services are available, including
24 hour EEG monitoring.
